Privacy Policy
Titanbase is local-first by design. The short version: no account, no advertising trackers, and your schemas stay on your device.
Last updated: July 8, 2026
No account is required to use Titanbase.
Your schemas stay on your device — they are never uploaded to our servers.
We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
The website may use privacy-friendly analytics and standard server logs to understand basic usage.
Scope
This policy explains how the Titanbase website at titanbase.run and the local-first editor handle information. Titanbase is designed to work without an account, and the core product runs entirely on your device.
Your schemas and editor data
The visual editor is local-first. The schemas you design and your
.titan.json files are stored in your browser and on your own disk. They are not transmitted to, or stored on, Titanbase servers. Editor preferences (such as theme and autosave) are kept locally in your browser.Information the website collects
The marketing site is served as static pages. Like most websites, our hosting provider may process standard technical request data (such as IP address and browser user-agent) to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We may also use privacy-friendly analytics to understand basic page usage. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any storage we rely on is functional — for example, remembering editor preferences in your browser's local storage.
Third-party services
We keep third parties to a minimum:
- Google Fonts— fonts are loaded from Google's CDN, which may receive request metadata needed to serve the font files.
- Umami — privacy-friendly website analytics may be used to understand aggregate page usage.
- GitHub— links and the public star count point to our repository. Visiting GitHub is subject to GitHub's own privacy policy.
- Documentation — docs are hosted on a separate subdomain and may have their own infrastructure.
Information you choose to share
If you contact us or participate in our community through GitHub (issues, discussions, pull requests), the information you post there is handled under GitHub's terms and is publicly visible. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal data in public threads.
Children's privacy
Titanbase is a developer tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we do, we'll revise the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here.
